This will especially hit you hard as you will be trying to change your body, burning all this calories and changing your diet plan and you basically just want to be away from all this tension and muscle body aches.


This is the hardest phase in the fat loss journey


Most people never make it out of this stage and if you do, the probability of you reaching the touchline is high.


At this phase, you will require all the motivation and energy you can sum up so as to keep moving.


Here are 7 ways to revamp your fat loss journey:


Tweak your environment to favor you.
Your surrounding is always a major source of inspiration to you. It affects everything you want to do and achieve.


Say for instance you are surrounded by friends and family who do not believe in the power of weight load, they do not encourage you to keep going.


You share your plans with them and all they do is laugh, believe you me, your drive and motivation will go down a huge notch.


Another example is if you spend most of your time close to fast food restaurants or attend multiple social functions, you will be so tempted to indulge in them and probably give up on your action plan.


When you set out to lose weight, you have to tweak your surrounding to favor you.


Stay around friends who can motivate you. Be in places that make you want to get to your end goal.


Tune your mind to sing along and cheer you to keep going.


Keep track of everything you do.
You should be accountable and responsible for your actions. Have a record of the small goals you achieve and build them up to your final goal.

While connecting will help you share with other women your challenges and achievements, it will also help you to feel that you are not alone in this journey.

Read a self help book regularly.


If you have great passion for reading then you should invest in reading a good book.


Self help books are perfect when it comes to motivating oneself.


I personally set a goal to always read a book a week.


But this requires time and willingness.

If you are a reader this will be easy for you. There is an option for those who don’t love reading, there are multiple audio books that you could listen to.
